4. User Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading content and marking it as public, you grant us a license to display it in the community gallery. Do not upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights.

5. Disclaimer

Minifigure Scanner provides AI-generated identifications for informational purposes only. AI can make mistakes. Value estimates and rarity assessments are AI estimates for general guidance and are not a professional appraisal, authentication, or grading. Always verify important details with an expert before buying, selling, or valuing a figure.

6. Disclaimer Agreement

By using Minifigure Scanner, you also agree to the terms outlined in our AI Identification Disclaimer. The Disclaimer includes important information about the limitations of our AI-powered identifications and value estimates and of every other piece of information presented on Minifigure Scanner — including community submissions — all of which may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information and must not be relied on as expert, safety, financial, or legal advice. The Disclaimer is an integral part of these Terms, and your use of Minifigure Scanner is subject to your acceptance of both.

7. Limitation of Liability

Minifigure Scanner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any identification, description, or value estimate. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on identification results.
