Head
Custom-molded raccoon head piece in reddish brown with white and black printing for eyes, 'eyebrows', and muzzle. It is more rounded than newer versions.
Torso
Reddish brown torso with dark red and grey tactical vest printing, featuring a small circular Ravager logo on the chest. Design is exclusive to this figure.
Legs
Short, non-poseable legs in dark red. There is no printing on the legs for this specific variant.
Accessories
Usually came with a brick-built oversized weapon/blaster (not pictured) and a specialized 'Warbird' micro-build set in the original packaging.
Color Scheme
Reddish brown, dark red, and slate grey, mirroring the comic-inspired Ravager uniform colors from the 2014 era.
Printing Details
High-quality pad printing on the torso front and back. The molded head utilizes precise white and black paint applications for character expression.
Variants
Distinct from 'sh122' (mass retail) which featured an orange outfit. This 'sh124' Ravager/Dark Red version is the most sought-after comic-style variant.

Character Background
Rocket is the hot-tempered mercenary and pilot of the Guardians of the Galaxy. This version represents his look in the early 2014 MCU cinematic debut cycle.

First generation Rocket mold. Later versions changed the head mold for a more aggressive look and switched to orange jumpsuits for retail sets.
Similar Minifigures
Rocket Raccoon sh122 (Orange suit), sh384 (Grey suit), and sh902 (Guardians 3 blue/red uniform).
Collectibility
Extremely high. SDCC exclusives are the 'holy grail' for Marvel collectors. Historically, it has maintained a steady appreciation in value.
History
Debuted at the peak of Marvel's Phase 2. At the time, this was the only way to get Rocket in this specific tactical color scheme.
Interesting Facts
Despite being an 'exclusive', the torso is nearly identical to the Ravager variant except for unique coloring that was never mass-produced.
Display Suggestions
Should be kept in a UV-protected acrylic case (as shown in image) to prevent the reddish-brown plastic from becoming brittle.
Modification Potential
Low for purists due to high value. However, the head mold is popular for custom Rocket MOCs using newer printed legs.
Overall Assessment
A premium collector's piece. Score: 9.5/10 for desirability. Recommended for serious Marvel completionists due to its limited production run.
