History
Part of the first major wave of DC cinematic sets following the 2012 licensed reboot. It marked a shift toward more detailed 'muscular' torso prints.
Interesting Facts
The head print is often used by MOC builders to create 'Injustice' style Superman figures due to the angry red detailing around the eyes.
Display Suggestions
Display on a transparent flight pole or the included trans-blue studs to simulate the takeoff pose seen in the Black Zero Escape scene.
Modification Potential
Excellent. The head can be swapped onto many custom 'dark' Superman torsos or used for 'Injustice' or 'Red Son' custom figures.
Overall Assessment
A solid B-tier collectible. It is a necessary variant for any Justice League completist and offers a unique aesthetic punch compared to the standard heroic Superman.
