Legs
Sand Green legs with teal cloth printing and dark brown wrappings/sandals on the lower shins. The hip piece is Sand Green with teal sash knot printing.

Chief Mammatus is the leader of the Keepers, a tribe living on 'The Island' who protect the Storm Amulet. They initially oppose the Ninja, believing they are there to steal the amulet.

The hair-and-beard combined mold is the standout design feature here, creating a seamless 'wildman' look that was relatively new for the time.
