Yellow head with bushy reddish-brown eyebrows, mustache, and a goatee. He usually features a stern expression. He wears a Pearl Gold specialized helmet with side flares.
Torso
Dark Stone Grey (Dark Gray) torso with chainmail armor printing. The print features a metallic scale pattern and a black belt with a gold buckle. Arms are Dark Stone Grey with Light Purple-ish Grey hands.
Legs
Dark Stone Grey legs with simple black line printing to represent boots and belt continuation. No side leg printing is present.
Accessories
Trans-Clear handle/base with a Flat Silver 1x1 slope or specialized brick representing his 'Iron' fists/gauntlets. This represents his ability to turn his body into metal.

Karlov is the Elemental Master of Earth from Metalonia. He participated in Master Chen's Tournament of Elements. He has the ability to turn his entire body into metal, granting him super strength and durability.
Design Notes
The use of the flared gold helmet is a design nod to his heavy, knight-like durability. His torso print is one of the better representations of chainmail armor in the Ninjago line.
