Theme

Year Released
2015. It debuted in the Senate Commando Battle Pack (75088) during a period when LEGO was transitioning away from the 'stylized' Clone Wars faces to more realistic designs.
Rarity
Uncommon. While only released in one set, that set was a high-volume battle pack. However, finding them in pristine condition is becoming harder as the set has been retired since 2016.
Head
In the provided image, the head is missing (showing a black neck stud). The original figure features a plain black head, as the face and detail are part of a separate helmet mold, which is also missing here.
Torso
Blue torso with dark blue arms and blue hands. The front print features detailed Senate Commando armor plating with the Galactic Republic emblem (cog) on the left chest. The back is also printed with armor plating and oxygen pack detailing.
Legs
Plain blue legs with no printing, which is standard for battle pack figures of this era to keep costs low.
Accessories
Missing in image. Originally included a unique Senate Commando helmet (blue with a white crest and dark blue visor) and a large stud-shooting blaster.
Color Scheme
Primary Blue and Dark Blue. The accent colors include white and silver for the armor highlights and the Republic insignia.
Printing Details
High-quality pad printing on the front and back of the torso. The alignment on the Republic emblem is typically very precise. There is no printing on the arms or legs.
Variants
There is a standard version (sw0612) with a printed white 'lightning' chevron on the torso. This version (sw0613) is the 'Captain' variant with 'plain' armor but the same helmet.
Condition Notes
The example in the image is missing the head, helmet, and accessories. Common wear points include torso cracks on the sides and loose leg hinges. The blue plastic is relatively resistant to yellowing but can show scratches easily.
Estimated Value
In complete condition: $4.00 - $6.00 USD. In the incomplete state shown (missing head/helmet): approximately $1.50 - $2.50 USD for just the torso and legs.
Price (New)
The set 75088 originally retailed for $12.99 USD in 2015, containing four minifigures (approx. $3.25 per figure).

Character Background
Senate Commandos were an elite unit of the Senate Guard, tasked with protecting the Galactic Senate and high-ranking officials during the Clone Wars. They are distinguished from regular guards by their more combat-oriented armor.
Design Notes
This figure updated the 2010 version (sw0244) with significantly more detailed torso printing that aligns with modern Star Wars minifigure aesthetics. The helmet mold remained one of the most unique in the Star Wars line.
Similar Minifigures
sw0612 Senate Commando, sw0244 Senate Commando (Classic), and sw0245 Senate Commando Captain (Classic).
Collectibility
Moderate. It is a 'must-have' for army builders who want to recreate the Senate Guard, but it does not command high individual prices due to high production numbers.
History
This represents the second generation of Senate Commandos. The first generation was released in 2010 (Set 8039 and 8128) and featured the older, 'bug-eyed' Clone Wars aesthetic.
Interesting Facts
Despite being called a 'Captain,' sw0613 actually lacks the visor markings that the previous 2010 Captain had, making the naming convention in databases slightly confusing for some collectors.
Display Suggestions
Best displayed in ranks of four or more to simulate a guard detail. They look excellent flanking a Chancellor Palpatine or Senator Bail Organa minifigure.
Modification Potential
Excellent for custom Mandalorian or blue-themed troopers. The torso is frequently used for custom 'What If' figures due to its clean armored look.
Overall Assessment
A solid, well-printed figure that is currently easy to acquire, though the example pictured is incomplete. It remains a staple for Star Wars: The Clone Wars era collectors.
