Head
Double-sided yellow head. Side one features a smirk with heavy eyeliner and green eyes; side two (hidden in image) shows a determined/angry face. Topped with a Bright Light Yellow wavy hairpiece (Part 88283).
Torso
Dark Blue torso with black arms and black hands. Printing features a detailed lightning/crackling energy pattern in Bright Light Blue, a dark blue vest design, and a golden 'Elemental Master' medallion on the belt.
Legs
Black hips and legs. Front printing continues the Dark Blue vest/tunic look with matching lightning patterns and golden boot-tip details.
Accessories
Trans-Light Blue lightning bolt piece (Part 59233). Note: The user's image shows the character with a lightning bolt, though the character's name 'Tox' and the printed design on the torso in set 71718 actually depict the Master of Poison, despite using the 'Master of Lightning' aesthetics from the show's lore.

Character Background
Tox is the Elemental Master of Poison. Initially appearing as a minor antagonist in the Tournament of Elements, she later assists the Ninja. Interestingly, LEGO reused the design of the 'Master of Lightning' (Jay's mother, Libber Gordon) for this Tox minifigure.
Design Notes
LEGO notably used the design originally intended for the Master of Lighting for this Tox figure to save on new mold/print costs, leading to some confusion in the fan community regarding her elemental powers.
