OOM-series battle droids were specialized versions of the B1 battle droid. Commanders were programmed with more independent thought and were identified by yellow markings. Design Notes
This figure uses the updated 2007-era arm mold (one vertical hand, one horizontal hand) which allows it to hold a blaster properly, unlike the 1999 version with two horizontal hands.
