Uncommon. As a blind-bag figure, it was mass-produced, but as a retired 2015 CMF, it is no longer available at retail and is becoming more difficult to find in mint condition.
Head
Yellow skin with 'feline' printing: black whiskers, a cat-like nose, and heavy eyelashes with a smirk. Accompanied by a unique hair-piece mold combining medium nougat hair with integrated tiger ears.
Torso
Bright light orange with tiger stripe printing on front, back, and arms. Includes a white patch on the chest to mimic a tiger's underbelly and a simple black belt printing.
Legs
Bright light orange base with continued tiger stripe printing on the front and sides of the legs. Includes a separate orange cat tail accessory attached at the hip joint.
Accessories
Includes a black flexible whip (Part 88704). Note: The image also shows a 'Shower Guy' (col223) with a hairbrush and duck, but the Tiger Woman's specific accessory is the whip.

Primarily Bright Light Orange (Yellow-Orange) with black stripes and white accents. Accents include medium nougat hair and a black belt.
Printing Details
High quality for the era. Features 360-degree printing context with stripes on the front, back, and sides of both the torso and the legs, plus arm printing.
Variants
None for this specific IDs. However, similar 'cat' figures exist such as Catman (Lego Batman Movie) and several versions of Catwoman.
Condition Notes
Watch for fading on the white chest print and wear on the stripes at the hip/leg joints. The whip can develop stress marks or become brittle if stored in heat.

Collectibility
High for 'completionist' CMF collectors and fans of the Halloween/Monster aesthetic. Value is stable with a slight appreciation trend due to the popularity of Series 14.
History
Followed the success of the Gorilla Suit Suit Guy and other suit-themed figures; Series 14 was a bold move by LEGO to try a singular genre-themed CMF series.
Interesting Facts
Despite her 'Monster' designation, she is often used by fans as a 'Catwoman' stand-in or a circus animal tamer in MOCs. She is one of the few figures with full arm and side-leg printing in this series.
Display Suggestions
Best displayed with other Series 14 Monsters like the Zombie Cheerleader or Wolf Guy. Use a clear CMF stand or a dedicated 16-slot display frame.
Modification Potential
Excellent for 'Catwoman' purist customs or any feline humanoid character in a superhero MOC. The head and hair are frequently used for 'Tabaxi' characters in D&D builds.
Overall Assessment
A solid 8/10 figure. It features high-quality printing coverage and a unique hair mold. It remains a fan favorite for its vibrant color and versatile parts.
