Variants

Character Background
Pythor is the last surviving member of the Anacondrai tribe and one of Ninjago's most iconic villains. Originally purple, he turned white after being bleached by the Great Devourer's stomach acid.
Design Notes
Utilizes the specialized Serpentine tail mold which eliminates traditional leg articulation in favor of a larger, more menacing profile.
Similar Minifigures
njo041 (original Pythor), njo130 (Anacondrai Pythor), and other Serpentine generals like Skales or Acidicus.
Collectibility
High. Pythor is a Top 5 Ninjago villain; collectors view his white variants as essential for a complete antagonist display.
History
Pythor first appeared in 2012. This 2019 Legacy version updated the printing to modern standards while keeping the classic silhouette for nostalgic fans.
Interesting Facts
The 'tattoo' printing on his torso and tail is meant to mimic the Anacondrai markings, which in Ninjago lore represents his high rank.
Display Suggestions
Display alongside other Anacondrai cultists or in a 'Villains Gallery'. Use a 2x4 plate for stability as the tail piece is back-heavy.
Modification Potential
The tail piece is popular among MOC builders for creating custom Naga or Medusa-style characters from mythology themes.
Overall Assessment
9/10. An excellent figure with a unique mold and historical significance in the Ninjago storyline. A must-buy for fans of the 'Masters of Spinjitzu' era.
