Rarity
Rare. Due to licensing complexities between LEGO, Marvel, and Fox at the time, this is currently the only physical Deadpool minifigure ever released in a retail set.

Red head with black mask printing surrounding white eyes. It features a concentrated expression with slight wrinkling details above the eyes.
Torso
Red torso with black tactical vest printing, red utility straps, and a center belt buckle design. Features black arms and red hands.
Legs
Red legs with black hip piece. Printing includes black kneepads and tactical transitions on the shins. Note: The image shows some wear/custom markings on the legs.

Missing in image. Originally included two silver katanas and a back-mounted scabbard (piece 92850), plus a handgun.
Color Scheme
Classic Red and Black (Merc with a Mouth tactical suit) with silver/grey metallic accents on the belt and buckles.

Pad-printed on the head, torso (front/back), and legs (front). High-quality detail for 2012, capturing the rugged mercenary look.

Character Background
Wade Wilson, the 'Merc with a Mouth.' A former Special Forces operative turned mercenary with an accelerated healing factor and a penchant for breaking the fourth wall.
Design Notes
This design was based on the comic book appearance rather than the R-rated movies, allowing LEGO to include him in a set targeted at children.
Similar Minifigures
Deadpool (Sheriff) - SDCC Exclusive, Spider-Man (Red/Blue), and various Deadpool-inspired customs from third-party manufacturers.
Collectibility
Extreme. It is one of the most sought-after Marvel minifigures due to the character's massive popularity and the lack of a modern re-release.
History
Debuted at the start of the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes line. Because of the adult nature of his films, Disney/Marvel has restricted LEGO from making new versions for years.
Interesting Facts
Despite being in an 'X-Men' set, this figure has appeared in almost every LEGO Marvel video game as a primary collectible character.
Display Suggestions
Display alongside Magneto and Wolverine from set 6866. Due to its value, a UV-protected acrylic case is highly recommended.
Modification Potential
Frequently used as a base for custom 'Movie' Deadpool figures using third-party printed legs and arms.
Overall Assessment
A legendary 'Grail' minifigure for Marvel collectors. While the example in the image shows wear, an authentic sh032 remains a cornerstone of any high-end collection.
