Standard yellow head with classic smiley face; the face is obscured by a large, white wrap-around beard piece.
Torso
Blue torso with no front or back printing. The 'detail' is provided by his accessories rather than pad printing.
Legs
Plain blue unprinted legs with blue hips.
Accessories
Pointy blue wizard's hat (Part 6131), long white plastic beard (Part 6132), glow-in-the-dark plastic wand, and a classic red or black cloth cape (depending on set).

Primary Blue with accents of White (beard) and Glow-in-the-dark (wand). This deep blue defined the Dragon Masters faction.
Printing Details
Minimal to none. During this era, character identity was established through unique molds and accessories rather than torso or leg printing.
Variants
Several versions exist: the original 1993 version (cas001), a version with a chrome wand, and a modernized 2023 version (cas603) from the Majisto's Workshop GWP.
Condition Notes
The blue wizard hat is prone to bite marks on the pointed tip. The white beard often suffers from yellowing or discoloration over time. Cloth capes frequently fray at the edges.

Character Background
Majisto is the legendary wizard of the Dragon Masters, often portrayed as a mentor or a powerful sorcerer capable of taming dragons. He is one of the most recognizable named characters in LEGO Castle history.
Design Notes
One of the first 'named' characters in LEGO Castle. The blue wizard hat (6131) and the wrap-around beard (6132) were iconic mold innovations for the early 90s.
Similar Minifigures
The 2023 remake (cas603), classic Forestmen, and the Series 12 Wizard Collectible Minifigure.
Collectibility
High. He is a cornerstone of any classic Castle collection and is fueled by significant nostalgia from the late 1980s and early 1990s generation of builders.
History
Introduced the fantasy element (magic) to LEGO Castle, which had previously been semi-realistic. This paved the way for future themes like Harry Potter and Ninjago.
Interesting Facts
Majisto was the first LEGO minifigure to carry a glow-in-the-dark accessory. In some regions, he is known by the name 'Merlin'.
Display Suggestions
Place him atop a castle tower or inside a medieval library MOC. Use UV-protected cases to prevent the white beard from yellowing.
Modification Potential
The beard and hat are excellent for fantasy MOCs. Many collectors swap his plain torso for the 2023 printed version for a 'Modern-Classic' hybrid.
Overall Assessment
An iconic piece of LEGO history. While simple by modern standards, Majisto represents a turning point in character-driven storytelling for the LEGO group.
