The primary concern is the wings (Part 92589pb01), which are made of thin plastic and are prone to creasing, fraying at the edges, or losing their print if handled roughly. Check for 'arm cracks' in the dark tan torso which is a common LEGO pigment issue.

Character Background
Poggle the Lesser was the Archduke of Geonosis and a high-ranking leader in the Confederacy of Independent Systems (Separatists). He oversaw the construction of the droid foundries and the early development of the Death Star.
Design Notes
LEGO utilized a unique head mold specifically for this character to capture his distinct profile. The use of a neck-bracket for wings allows for the wings to be positioned at different angles.
