Rarity
Uncommon to Rare. While only appearing in one set, the set was reasonably priced, but the figure has grown in value significantly since its retirement.
Head
Unique tan-colored head with printed tan/black fur patterns and black bead-eye printing. It is topped with a molded cowl element including bear ears.
Torso
Dark tan/Dark Brown torso with tan fur printing patterns on the front and back. The figure features tan arms and light bluish gray hands.
Legs
Short, non-poseable dark brown legs with no printing, representing the classic height of an Ewok character.
Accessories
The official set version included a dark tan bird-mask/headpiece cowl (molded onto the head) and a brown staff or spear (missing in the image).
Color Scheme
Primary colors are Dark Tan, Dark Brown, and Tan. These earth tones are chosen to reflect the natural forest habitat of the Ewoks on Endor.
Printing Details
High-quality pad printing on the headpiece to show facial features and fur texture. The torso features light tan highlights to simulate shaggy chest hair typical of the character.
Variants
This is the primary version of Logray. Other Ewoks like Chief Chirpa, Wicket, and Tokkat use similar molds but with different coloration and headgear prints.
Condition Notes
Main wear points are the light bluish gray hands (susceptible to cracking) and the printing on the facial area which can rub off. Check for tightness in the neck joint.
Estimated Value
Used: $12 - $18 USD; New/Mint: $25 - $35 USD. Prices vary based on whether the original spear accessory is included.
Price (New)
The set 7956 originally retailed for $24.99 USD in 2011, making the figure roughly a $8.00 value at the time of purchase within the set.

Character Background
Logray was the high shaman of the Bright Tree Tribe on the Forest Moon of Endor. He famously presided over the ceremony intending to cook Han Solo and Luke Skywalker before C-3PO's 'divine intervention'.
Design Notes
Utilizes a specialized head/cowl mold introduced during the 2011 revision of the Star Wars Ewok line, replacing the much simpler 'Teddy Bear' style of the early 2000s.
Similar Minifigures
sw0236 Chief Chirpa, sw0237 Wicket, sw0511 Teebo, and sw0447 Tokkat.
Collectibility
High. Ewok collectors consider Logray essential for completing the Bright Tree Tribe council. He is a 'named' character rather than a generic village member.
History
Logray debuted in 2011 as part of LEGO's effort to update the Endor-themed sets with more screen-accurate minifigures using modern molding and printing techniques.
Interesting Facts
The cowl on this figure represents a bird skull he wore in the film. In the 2011 set, he was paired with an Imperial Scout Trooper, referencing the traps set for the Empire.
Display Suggestions
Best displayed on a forest-subplate or a wooden LEGO display. Pairs perfectly with the 10236 UCS Ewok Village or the 8038 Battle of Endor.
Modification Potential
Excellent for 'mashing up' with other Ewok parts to create custom village members. Third-party capes can be added to enhance his shaman look.
Overall Assessment
A standout figure from the 2011 wave. It is a highly accurate representation of the character with excellent mold detail. A must-have for fans of Return of the Jedi.
