Character Background
Clancee is a stuttering, timid Serpentine who joined Nadakhan's Sky Pirates. Unlike other villains, he is often portrayed as sympathetic and forced into his role.
Design Notes
Uses the 2012 Serpentine head mold but with unique 2016 print applications to simulate the 'Sky Pirate' look. Excellent use of asymmetrical printing.
