Rarity

Garfield Lynns, known as Firefly, is a pyromaniac supervillain and expert in pyrotechnics. He is a recurring member of Batman's rogues' gallery, often depicted with a flight suit and chemical-based flamethrowers.
Design Notes
The use of the transparent neon orange head mold with flame textures was a clever way to depict the 'burning' nature of the character without requiring a custom hairpiece.
