Character Background
General Magmar is the chief strategist and commander of Jestro's Lava Monster Army. Unlike most of the impulsive lava monsters, he is known for his tactical brilliance and loyalty to the Book of Monsters.
Design Notes
Notable for the 'lava-crack' aesthetic. The red plastic used has a high vibrancy to match the animated series. The armor printing was designed to look bulky despite being on a standard minifigure frame.

Collectibility

General Magmar's voice actor in the TV series also voiced characters in Ninjago. His character is one of the few Lava Monsters that shows actual military discipline.

Overall Assessment
An excellent mid-tier villain figure with high levels of detail. In its current state (missing hair/cape), it is a 'play-wear' piece, but with its accessories, it is a standout representative of the Nexo Knights' unique visual style.
