Year Released
2015 - Debuted in the Millennium Falcon set (75105) for the 'Force Friday' event preceding the film.
Rarity
Uncommon. While not limited to a single polybag, it appeared only in three sets specifically tied to the Force Awakens era.
Head
Light Flesh dual-sided head with grey eyebrows and wrinkles; one side shows a smirk, the other a stern expression. Grey hair piece (hair swept left mold).
Torso
Dark Brown jacket with detailed pocket printing, a light grey shirt underneath with collar-v detail, and three silver pens/grenades printed on the left chest.
Legs
Dark Brown hips and Black legs with a detailed gunbelt and holster printed across the front and right leg.
Accessories
Includes a medium stone grey DL-44 heavy blaster pistol (short nozzle variant).
Color Scheme
A muted palette of Dark Brown, Black, and Light Grey, reflecting Han Solo's mature appearance in the Sequel Trilogy.
Printing Details
High-quality pad printing on torso (front/back) and legs (front only). Features aged facial detailing to capture Harrison Ford's likeness at the time.
Variants
Standard version (sw0675). A slightly different torso exists for his appearance in 'The Last Jedi' (sw0842) but this 2015 version is his primary 'Force Awakens' look.
Condition Notes
Prone to hairline cracks on the sides of the torso (under arms). Legs are durable but the black plastic can show scratches easily.
Estimated Value
New: $15–$22; Used Complete: $8–$14. Values fluctuate based on demand for Millennium Falcon pilots.

Originally available in set 75105 ($149.99), 75180 ($79.99), and 75192 (UCS Falcon, $799.99).

Character Background
The aged Han Solo returned in Star Wars: Episode VII as a smuggler once more, reunited with the Millennium Falcon before his encounter on Starkiller Base.
Design Notes
The jacket print is exceptionally screen-accurate. The grey hair mold is a recolor of the classic 'mop top' style, used to depict his transition from 'Scruffy Nerf Herder' to mentor.
Similar Minifigures
sw0842 Han Solo (Brown Jacket), sw0709 Han Solo (Endor outfit), and sw0539 Han Solo (Epitome of the 2014 redesign).
Collectibility
High. Since the character's death in the films, older versions of Han have become staple pieces for Falcon owners and saga completionists.
History
This figure marked Han's first new design in nearly 30 years within the internal chrononology of the Star Wars universe, released decades after the first yellow-faced Han.
Interesting Facts
Despite being an 'old' version, this figure uses the exact same blaster mold as the youngest Han Solo figures, maintaining consistency across the toy line.
Display Suggestions
Best displayed next to a Chewbacca (sw0671) and Rey inside the 2015 Millennium Falcon cockpit.
Modification Potential
The head and hair are popular for custom 'Old Man' figures; the torso is frequently used for custom Indiana Jones MOCs of an older Indy.
Overall Assessment
A fantastic, screen-accurate representation of a cinematic icon. Essential for Star Wars collectors and one of the best designed figures from the 2015 TFA wave.
