Condition Notes
The Glow In The Dark plastic is susceptible to scuffs. Check for fading on the yellow teeth/green lips print. Neck edges on this plastic type can sometimes show stress marks more easily than standard ABS.

Character Background
Toxikita is a high-ranking villain in the Ultra Agents lore, a scientist-turned-criminal who uses chemical and toxic technology to attack Astor City.
Design Notes
One of the few female villain heads to use the Glow In The Dark Opaque material. The eye-shades/monocle design was intended to look like a digital interface HUD.

Collectibility
Moderate. Ultra Agents has a dedicated cult following among 'original theme' collectors. Characters with glow-in-the-dark elements always retain better value.
History
Ultra Agents was LEGO's attempt to modernize the 'Agents' theme with an interactive app. Toxikita was one of the first primary antagonists introduced.
Interesting Facts
Toxikita is one of only a handful of minifigures to feature green teeth in her printing to emphasize her 'toxic' nature.
Display Suggestions
Best displayed under UV light to charge the head's glow properties. Looks best paired with Agent Curtis Bolt or other Ultra Agents protagonists.

A fantastic piece of 2010s-era LEGO design. While only the head is shown, it belongs to one of the most visually striking female villains LEGO has produced.
