Ninjago
Year Released
2012 (First release in Epic Dragon Battle and Lasha's Bite Cycle)
Rarity
Common to Uncommon. While Lasha appeared in several sets, he represents a specific wave (2012) that is highly nostalgic for Ninjago collectors.
Head
Lime Green specialty snake head mold (Hypnobrai tribe type) with yellow eyes, black pupils, scales, and a red tongue print. The head piece is a single solid molded piece rather than a traditional head and separate hair/hat.
Torso
Lime Green torso with dark green snake scale printing, tan and black vest detail, and jagged lightning-like patterns. Lime green arms and black hands.
Legs
Lime Green legs with continuation of the dark green snake scale print on the hips and front of the thighs.
Accessories
Typically armed with a snake-themed axe or staff. The image shows a custom build using a brown telescope/bar piece, a lime stud, and a white claw/large tooth element.
Color Scheme
Primary Lime Green with Dark Green accents, black, and tan details. This signifies his allegiance to the Venomari serpent tribe.
Printing Details
High-quality pad printing on the head, torso, and legs. The scales are crisp, though original 2012 figures may show some wear on the protruding nose area of the head mold.
Variants
Standard version (njo050) and a version from the 2014 Rebooted theme (njo097) which features a different torso print with armor.
Condition Notes
The most common wear point is the tip of the rubbery snake head and the 'neck' area where the head mold meets the torso. Lime green plastic can sometimes show bite marks or stress lines clearly.

Character Background
Lasha is a scout for the Venomari, one of the five Serpentine tribes. Known for being somewhat dim-witted but loyal, he serves under General Acidicus in the struggle against the Ninja.
Design Notes
The 2012 Serpentine heads were a technical milestone for Ninjago, moving away from standard minifigure heads to character-specific sculpts that gave the theme its unique visual identity.
Similar Minifigures
Spitta (njo049), Mezmo (njo051), and Rattla (njo033).
Collectibility
High for Ninjago completionists. The 'Rise of the Snakes' era is considered the 'Golden Age' of the theme for many long-term fans.
History
Debuted in the first full year of the Ninjago storyline. Lasha was part of the expansion of the Serpentine tribes following the initial Hypnobrai wave.
Interesting Facts
The Venomari tribe's primary power in the show is spitting hallucinogenic venom, though Lasha is usually relegated to driving vehicles in the sets.
Display Suggestions
Best displayed alongside other Venomari tribe members on a lime green baseplate or within the 9447 Bite Cycle vehicle.
Modification Potential
The head mold is popular for custom fantasy 'lizard-man' or 'dragon-born' minifigures in Dungeons & Dragons MOCs.
Overall Assessment
A quintessential 2012-era Ninjago villain. While not the most expensive figure, his unique head sculpt and vibrant colors make him a staple for any collection focusing on the Serpentine wars.
