Rarity
Uncommon. While not limited to a convention, he only appeared in one retail set that had a relatively high price point and short shelf life.
Head
Flesh tone with a cocky grin; features a dark green mask print over the eyes. It is not dual-sided. The headgear is a dark green 'Robin Hood' style hat with a small feather mold.
Torso
Dark green sleeveless design with light flesh arms for 'bare skin' effect. Detailed printing shows a forest camo-influenced pattern, a green hood bunched at the neck, a quiver strap, and a 'G' belt buckle.
Legs
Dark green hips and legs with bright green and dark green boot/padding printing on the front. No side or back leg printing.
Accessories
Standard dark green Longbow with an arrow notch. Does not include a separate physical quiver piece, as the quiver is printed on the torso back.
Color Scheme
A mix of Dark Green and Bright Green with Light Flesh accents for the arms and face.
Printing Details
High-quality pad printing typical of the 2010s. Detailed chest muscle definition and strap textures. Alignment is usually very precise on this specific figure.
Variants
This is the retail version. There is an ultra-rare 2013 SDCC exclusive version with a hood and a 2015 promotional polybag version (sh213) based on the 'Arrow' TV show.
Condition Notes
Watch for 'arm cracks' at the pits due to the light flesh plastic being more brittle. The dark green hat can show white stress marks if crushed.

76028 Darkseid Invasion (2015).
Character Background
Oliver Queen, the billionaire vigilante of Star City. This design is heavily inspired by his 'New 52' DC Comics appearance rather than the TV show.
Design Notes
First and only time this specific comic-accurate 'bare-arm' design was produced. The hat piece is a recolor of the classic Forestmen accessory.
Similar Minifigures
sh213 (Arrow TV version), sh007 (SDCC Green Arrow), sh539 (Classic Green Arrow from 2019/2020).
Collectibility
High for DC completionists. Since Green Arrow doesn't appear in many sets, this remains a cornerstone for Justice League rosters.
History
Follows the 2013 Comic-con version. It marked the first time the character was widely accessible to the general public without paying convention prices.
Interesting Facts
Despite being a master archer, LEGO did not give him a cloth or plastic quiver accessory for this set, relying instead on torso printing.
Display Suggestions
Best displayed alongside the 2015 Justice League line (Hawkman, Cyborg, Superman). UV protection is recommended to prevent the light flesh arms from yellowing.
Modification Potential
Commonly modified by fans adding a dark green hood (part 30381) to mimic his more modern comic looks.
Overall Assessment
9/10. An excellent representation of the character's comic look. It is a 'must-have' for DC LEGO fans as it remains the most affordable version of 'classic' Oliver Queen.
