Rarity
Common to Uncommon. While technically common due to its inclusion in a Battle Pack, its striking color makes it a favorite for army building, maintaining steady demand.
Head
Standard LEGO fleshy (light nougat) male head with a stern/angry expression. The helmet is a unique red mold with narrow black visor printing, specifically designed for the Sith Trooper design in Episode IX.
Torso
Bright red torso with intricate black line printing representing the specialized organic/geometrical Sith Trooper armor. Features complex chest plates and a utility belt area. Back is also printed with armor plating.
Legs
Bright red legs with front-side printing including knee pads and thigh armor details. The hips are red and match the leg/torso pattern seamlessly.
Accessories
This specific figure in the image is missing its accessories. Originally, it would include a black blaster rifle or a stud-shooter depending on the set of origin.
Color Scheme
Dominant Bright Red with Black printing. No secondary colors except for the flesh tone of the head underneath.
Printing Details
High-quality pad printing on the helmet, torso, and legs. Alignment is generally excellent, featuring the 2019-era detail density that utilizes thin linework to simulate texture in the armor.
Variants
Standard (sw1065) is the primary version. A jetpack version (sw1075) exists with a printed neck bracket accessory. This is the standard infantry version.
Condition Notes
Check for 'neck cracks' in the torso and heel cracks in the legs. Red plastic can show white stress marks if bent or stepped on. The helmet printing can occasionally rub off at the sharp nose peak if stored loosely.
Estimated Value
Used: $3.00 - $5.00 USD. New/Mint: $6.00 - $8.00 USD. Prices vary based on volume (cheaper in bulk for army builders).
Price (New)
Included in set 75266 Sith Troopers Battle Pack ($14.99 USD retail) which contained four figures, making the individual value approximately $3.75 at retail.
Compatible Sets
75256 Kylo Ren's Shuttle, 75266 Sith Troopers Battle Pack, 75279 Star Wars Advent Calendar 2020.
Character Background
Soldiers of the Sith Eternal army, these troopers were raised on Exegol and served the resurrected Emperor Palpatine. Their red armor is a tribute to the ancient Sith and the Sith guards of old.
Design Notes
The Sith Trooper features a unique helmet mold that differs slightly from the First Order Stormtrooper, featuring a more rugged, vertical-slotted texture. It is one of the more detailed 'grunt' troopers in the LEGO Star Wars line.
Similar Minifigures
Sith Jet Trooper (sw1075), First Order Stormtrooper (sw0667), Royal Guard (sw0521), Special Forces TIE Pilot (sw0672).
Collectibility
Medium. High demand for MOC (My Own Creation) builders creating 'Battle of Exegol' dioramas. Stability in price is due to the popularity of 'Red' troopers.
History
Introduced as part of the marketing push for 'The Rise of Skywalker'. It represented a shift from the white/grey aesthetic of the First Order to the more aggressive Sith Eternal colors.
Interesting Facts
Despite their prominence in LEGO sets and marketing, Sith Troopers had very little screen time in the final cut of the film. They are actually 'Sith Eternal' troopers, distinct from the First Order.
Display Suggestions
Best displayed in ranks or squads of 4 to 12. Looks excellent against dark grey or black backgrounds (like a Star Destroyer interior) which makes the red pop.
Modification Potential
Excellent for custom Sith commanders. Parts are often used to create custom 'Crimson' versions of other characters. Compatible with various third-party red blasters.
Overall Assessment
A visually stunning trooper that stands out in any collection. Great value-to-detail ratio. Rating: 8/10 for design, 5/10 for rarity.
