Character Background
A member of the Mandalorian resistance led by Bo-Katan Kryze during the Siege of Mandalore. They fought to reclaim Mandalore from Darth Maul's Shadow Collective during the final season of The Clone Wars.
Design Notes
Uses the modernized Mandalorian helmet mold. The printing is meant to mimic the sleek, refined look of the Nite Owls/Loyalist faction rather than the weathered Look of Din Djarin.
Similar Minifigures
sw1163 Mandalorian Super Commando, sw1162 Bo-Katan Kryze, sw0296 Death Watch Mandalorian, and sw1093 Mandalorian Warrior.
Collectibility
Highly collectible for 'army builders' and Star Wars completionists. Demand is fueled by the popularity of the Mandalorian TV series and Clone Wars Season 7.
History
Released during the 2021 summer wave which focused on late-era Clone Wars sets and early Mandalorian series sets, marking a resurgence in 'blue' Mandalorian faction figures.
Interesting Facts
Despite being a 'nameless' soldier, this figure is highly sought after because of its clean, vibrant blue aesthetic which matches Bo-Katan's personal guard.
Display Suggestions
Best displayed in a 3-high stackable case or on a gray baseplate alongside Bo-Katan Kryze and a Gauntlet-class fighter MOC.
Modification Potential
Great for purist customs; some collectors swap the plain head for a printed Clone Trooper head or custom facial prints to give the 'soldier' more personality.
Overall Assessment
A top-tier army builder figure with excellent color coordination. Its value is currently climbing. It is a 'buy' for fans of the Siege of Mandalore arc, though purchasing a jetpack separately is recommended for completion.
