Character Background
General Carlist Rieekan was the commander of Echo Base on Hoth. He is the officer who famously ordered the evacuation of the base once the Galactic Empire discovered their location.

This figure is notable for being the first and only Hoth-themed general. The torso was reused for other Rebel officers, but the head was unique to Rieekan for many years.
