Lime Green specialty molded snake head (Venomari tribe). It features white fangs, yellow eyes with black pupils, and molded scales. It is a single-piece mold that fits over a standard torso neck.

Torso

Lime Green torso with Venomari pattern: dark red sash with snake tooth detail, gold armor plating on the left shoulder, and a snake emblem on the right chest. Features dark brown hands.

Dark Green legs with a lime green hip piece. In the image provided, the right leg appears to be missing or substituted with a dark green element; the original figure features dark green legs with lime accents.

Color Scheme

Dominant Lime Green and Dark Green, accented with Dark Red, Gold, and White (fangs).

There is a later 2015/2016 variant (njo186) with different printing, but this is the original 2012 version.

Condition Notes

Common wear points include the thin fangs on the head mold which can snap or have paint rub. Check for torso cracks and arm tightness. The figure in the image is missing its right arm and original legs.

Character Background

Lasha is a scout for the Venomari, one of the five Serpentine tribes. He is known for being a bit of a klutz in the TV show 'Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu'.

Design Notes

The 2012 Serpentine heads are considered a high point in Ninjago design for their unique, non-standard minifigure shapes and detailed textures.

Similar Minifigures

Spitta (njo043), Acidicus (njo067), and other members of the Venomari tribe.

Collectibility

Medium-High. Original Serpentine tribe members are essential for any 'completionist' Ninjago collector.

History

Debuted in the very first year of the Serpentine storyline, which cemented Ninjago as a permanent LEGO theme rather than a short-term product line.

Interesting Facts

The Venomari tribe character's names (Lasha, Spitta) are all related to their ability to spray hallucinogenic venom at their enemies.

Display Suggestions

Best displayed in a 'Snake Pit' vignette or alongside the 9447 Bite Cycle. Use a clear stand to highlight the unique head mold.

Modification Potential

The head piece is popular for custom fantasy MOCs (lizard-men or aliens). The torso is specific but useful for swamp-themed characters.

Overall Assessment

This is a classic Ninjago antagonist from the theme's most iconic early era. While the specimen in the photo is incomplete and damaged, the head mold remains a sought-after part for its expressive design.
